7. Content Rules

You agree not to post, upload, share, or promote content that includes or involves:

• Pornographic, sexualized, or explicit materiald
• Harassment, threats, hate speech, or abusive behavior
• Violence, graphic harm, or dangerous conduct
• Spam, scams, misleading promotions, or engagement manipulation
• False, deceptive, or intentionally misleading information
• Content that violates the rights of others, including intellectual property rights

We reserve the right to remove content, reduce visibility, restrict accounts, or permanently ban users at our sole discretion.

8. No Cannabis Sales or Transactions

Business profile owners are responsible for the accuracy of their business name, contact information, location details, links, showcase images, featured posts, and any claims made in their public business profile. Business profiles and paid features do not authorize the sale, purchase, delivery, distribution, or facilitation of cannabis or regulated products through Stoner Snack.

Payments may be processed by third-party payment providers. Paid access may be suspended, limited, or removed if a payment is declined, refunded, disputed, cancelled, past due, or if the account violates these Terms or applicable law. Promotional or complimentary access may be changed or revoked at our discretion.

10. Moderation and Enforcement

Stoner Snack may review, moderate, remove, or restrict content and user accounts at any time, with or without notice. Moderation decisions may be based on these Terms, our community standards, applicable law, or the overall integrity of the Platform.

11. Consumption and Recipe Disclaimer

Users acknowledge that the preparation, handling, and consumption of any recipe, ingredient, or substance discussed on the Platform is done entirely at their own risk.
